Bradd Brown has served as the chief of police at Oklahoma City University since April 2014.
Prior to working at the university, Brown retired as a captain with the Oklahoma City Police Department. He served in various areas of law enforcement including patrol, planning & research, hostage negotiations team, special events and dignitary protection, as well as commander of a helicopter unit and commander of an information technology unit.
Brown served on a technical working group with the National Institute of Justice for Information Led Policing. Brown has also delivered training and lectures at national conferences including the IACP and APCO. Brown holds degrees in the areas criminal justice and organizational leadership, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Christian University.
