Registration Rates

OCPRA prefers that attendees use a Purchase Order to pay for registration. At checkout, select that you will be paying by Purchase Order and you will receive an invoice with your registration confirmation. POs can be emailed to ocpra.org@gmail.com.

Credit cards may also be used during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Name substitutions may be made at any time.

  • Full refunds will be issued, except for any PayPal processing fees if PayPal was used, for cancellations received by June 13, 2026 at 5 p.m.

  • Cancellations made between June 14 and July 2, 2026 at 10 p.m. will be subject to a $275 cancellation fee.

  • Please notify Dayna Rowe at ocpra.org@gmail.com of cancellations.

  • Confirmed registrants who do not attend the event or who cancel after July 2 at 10 p.m., are liable for the entire registration fee (including cancellation for medical, business or family reasons). Please note: Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing prior to or on July 2 at 10 p.m., to qualify for a partial refund (conference registration minus $275). After July 2 at 10 p.m., no cancellations will be accepted, and all no-shows will be billed in full. Please retain your cancellation confirmation to avoid being billed.

Photo/Video Release

Each registrant grants the OCPRA permission to photograph or video participants in any session and to use such photographs or video and the names of the attendees in any materials which either represent the proceedings of the conference or in the promotion of future conferences.

Registration for the conference acknowledges your acceptance of these policies.
