Jaime Oleksik
AVP, Strategic Marketing
With more than ten years of experience in recruitment and enrollment marketing, Jaime Oleksik is passionate about her partnerships with higher ed institutions. She has an affinity for finding unique solutions to enrollment challenges and uncovering new ways of reaching key audiences. Jaime previously worked in undergraduate admission at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she held roles in international student recruitment and visit programming. She holds a BS in Business from the Pennsylvania State University as well as an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
Melissa Rekos
EVP, Enrollment + Marketing Strategy
Melissa Rekos has built her career on the cutting edge of digital strategy and marketing evolution, including co-founding an award-winning national website focused on young adult and teen audiences in 1997. A key member of Carnegie Dartlet’s team for 10 years, Melissa coordinates interdivisional marketing strategies to build forward-thinking solutions for each school’s unique needs and goals. Deeply invested in client success, she enjoys spending time on campuses, developing relationships, and ensuring partnerships that meet and exceed expectations. Melissa also enjoys traveling and exploring the world to speak and present at a variety of admission and enrollment-related conferences, in addition to spending time with her two grown daughters.
