Getting the Most from Your Meetings
Meetings seem to be a necessary evil, but what if you could have productive meetings that actually move your organization forward? Join Paula Settoon, Dean of Libraries and Knowledge Management at Tulsa Community College to learn more about how you can have your meetings more effective. We will discuss ways to improve facilitation as well as ways that attendees can contribute to making meetings more productive.
Bio
Paula Settoon is the Dean of Libraries and Knowledge at Tulsa Community College where she also is the college’s Accreditation Liaison Officer and is currently preparing for TCC’s reaccreditation visit. Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Louisiana Tech University and a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University.
Having worked in libraries for over 20 years, Paula has nearly a decade of leadership experience in academic libraries at both the college and university level. An active community volunteer, Paula has served on the boards of numerous community organizations including the Community Action Project of Tulsa, the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa, and the Junior League of Tulsa.
