Podcasts are soaring in popularity.  It is estimated that there are over 500,000 podcasts and that number is growing at a rate of 2,000 each month.  This session will answer:  what logistics do you need to consider before launching a podcast?  What equipment do you need to purchase?  How do you syndicate your podcast?  We will answer these questions and more…

Bio:

Andy Wallace has been the Associate Director of Oklahoma State University’s OStateTV since 2012.  In this role, he has managed the university’s video content, and most recently launched the “Inside OSU Podcast.”  Before joining Oklahoma State University, Andy was a television meteorologist in markets such as Lawton, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.  Andy has a masters degree in Mass Communication Management from Oklahoma State University.
